Data collected through the contact forms
When you use a contact form, the information you enter (name, email, phone, company if any, and message) is sent by email to Nelson Rogers.
- Purpose: replying to your enquiry (English lessons or a professional opportunity).
- Legal basis: your request, i.e. pre-contractual steps taken at your initiative.
- Recipients: Nelson Rogers only. No data is sold or used for advertising.
- Processor: the forms are handled by Formspree (United States), which forwards the message by email. This transfer outside the European Union is subject to the safeguards described in Formspree’s privacy policy. You can also contact me directly by phone or email.
- Retention: as long as needed to handle your enquiry, then at most 3 years after our last exchange.
Hosting and analytics
The site is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes technical data (IP address, browser) to deliver pages and protect the site from abuse. The site uses no analytics and no advertising cookies. Your light or dark theme preference is stored only in your browser.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, erase, object to and restrict the processing of your data. To exercise these rights, email nelsonrogers.pro@gmail.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority.
